Western International School is a learning provider that first opened its doors back in 2010 in the beautiful city of Santa Rosa de Copan in the Western part of Honduras.

With the goal of providing quality education to students in Honduras, they offer education to a variety of levels and ages – Nursery, Preschool, Elementary, Middle School and High School.

Their facilities provide a safe and pleasant environment for the learning process of their students and it also has space for the various extracurricular activities that take place.

They are currently looking for ESL teachers to join them at their campus in Santa Rosa de Copan.

• Health insurance – 80% of the expenses are covered by the insurance company.

• Work visa – The school is responsible to get the work permit and assumes the fee.

Requirements:

• Original Documents (updated resume, certifications, reference letters, copy of passport, copy of social security, police records checkup, updated health certificate).
• Proof of prior teaching experiences
• Preparation on how to teach ESL students
• Be able to write annual, bimester and daily plannings
• Be able to apply differentiated instruction and evaluation to students with special needs
• Be open to responding to students’ questions and doubts
• Be able to use technology and innovative methods in class
• Be willing to uphold the school philosophy and principles
• Know how to work as part of a team in a respectful, collaborative and supportive manner
