About the position
Location: Alula, Saudi Arabia – This position may involve relocation between their various branches in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Abha, Neom) based on operational needs.
Start date: January 2024
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver 30 hours of effective English language lessons per week to adult students with various backgrounds.
- Implement the Efekta Learning System that meets the needs of students in areas such as grammar, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Classroom management will include managing students and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that furthers students’ learning and interaction.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Salary: 2800 – 3200 USD/month net (depending on experience)
- Accommodation: Single studio or one-bedroom flat (remote areas such as Alula, might be challenging for larger families due to limited resources).

Requirements
As an EF teacher, you should have a positive and engaging personality to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. Being passionate about teaching and having a strong desire to help students meet their expectations will make you the perfect candidate.
The candidate will also have a proven track record of a University Degree, a deep understanding of language learning techniques, and the ability to create lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse student group.
Qualification requirements:
- Fully fluent English Speaker.
- University degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred.
- TEFL/TESOL certificate, CELTA preferred.
- IELTS experience is highly desired.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience teaching non-native adult students in an ESL environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and positive.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with good attention to detail.
