About the position:

Location: Online
Students: You will be working with mostly Japanese students of varying ages, proficiency levels, and backgrounds.
Lessons: Your lessons are 25 minutes long, with a 5-minute break in between, and all lessons are one-on-one. On occasion, having consecutive classes with the same student (up to three lessons) is possible. They are treated as a single class, and there should be no breaks in between.
Schedule: The teaching schedule is flexible. You are free to select slots to open for students to book, and slots can be opened 24/7, up to 8 days in advance, including weekends and holidays, and there is no minimum number of classes you have to conduct.

English and Internet Connection Test – Check that your browser and internet connection are compatible with their system and then do a quick automated English test.
Receive Training Materials – Wait to be contacted by their Tutor Recruitment team who will send you links to their self-guided training materials.
Complete the Training and Complete a Demo Lesson – Join a training session with their team and then conduct a demo lesson to show that you have understood the training materials.
Start Teaching – Set your availability on their tutor’s site and wait for students to start booking your lessons.
