All Right is an online education company focusing on English language learning for children from age 4 to 12. They are looking to hire more online English teachers.

At All Right, they take the characteristics of each child into account. They create an educational plan based on personal goals, interests and level of language proficiency. After each lesson, they send the teacher’s feedback detailing the child’s progress.

About the position:

Most of their students only study with 1 teacher during their time at All Right, which leads to strong bonds between students and teachers as well as measurable educational success.

They use their own methodology that is based on the Cambridge method, and they adhere to the CEFR standards in grammar and vocabulary. They believe that lesson topics should be interesting, and the format should be captivating. Original characters and plots help the child to immerse into the wonderful world of language learning.

As a teacher, you will be teaching in a classroom that is carefully designed to ensure the students’ success. Their themed games, homework assignments, and tasks based on interests involve the child in the learning process from the very first second.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Be passionate.
  • Adore kids and teaching.
  • Be a lifelong learner.
  • Willing to enjoy their job on both weekdays and weekends.
  • Have ESL teaching experience
  • Have a teaching certificate (E.g. TESOL/TEFL).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Both native and non-native speaking teachers are accepted.
  • Multi-lingual teachers are preferred.
  • Has a suitable workspace with an internet-connected computer with webcam capabilities.
  • Knows how web conferencing (Skype and similar) works.
