Qualifications:
To work at Wellspring Hanoi as a full-time Teacher, you need:
- A University Degree from an accredited university with a major that is suitable for the target subject (such as English).
- To be a native English speaker.
- A reputable and recognised qualification in English Language Teaching like TESOL, TEFL, CELTA.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same teaching position, preferably in an international or bilingual school.
- Student-centred philosophy.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- To be comfortable teaching with technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
